REFUND POLICY

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

All prices on website are in AUD and all sales are final. All artworks are originals and one of a kind. We do not offer returns, exchanges or change of mind. Please be sure to read the description and any sizes/dimensions provided carefully before ordering.

What if I received a damaged Artwork?

Upon receiving your order, please inspect your artwork. If your order is damaged or you receive the wrong one please email info@jhallidaystudio.com.au with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or wrong artwork and we will be happy to assist you.

What if my order shows as delivered but I didn't recieve it?

In the event that your order shows as delivered but you didn't receive your shipment, please contact the courier and local postal service with the tracking number (shown in your shipping notification) and inquire with them about it first. There's a chance your package is waiting for you to pick up at your nearest post office, however, if they can't find it, contact us at info@jhallidaystudio.com.au to see if there's anything else that can be done on our side.
