SHIPPING POLICY
Do you ship outside of Australia?
No, we only ship within Australia currently. We may expand our shipping internationally in the future if the demand is high enough. If you are interested in purchasing any pieces from J.Halliday Studio in future and don't reside in Australia contact us via our email: info@jhallidaystudio.com.au with your interest, as well as your full name and country you are from and we will put you on a list so we can contact you if this policy changes.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is included for Standard delivery, however not local pickup or local delivery. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number and courier you can use to track your shipment.
Please refer to the approximate standard shipping timelines below. If you haven’t received your order within your destination's timeline please contact us at info@jhallidaystudio.com.au with your name and order number, and we will investigate your shipment delay.
How long until my order is delivered?
Once an order has been placed, it will take approximately 2-7 business days for an item to be processed. Once it has been shipped it can take anywhere between 2-11 business days for it to be delivered, depending on where you are located.

Shipping Rates
Local pickup: Free.
Local delivery (only available to certain suburbs around Melbourne- once you fill out your customer details in the checkout section it will tell you if you are eligible for this): $10.00 AUD.
Standard delivery (Australia-wide): Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and your location.
